Terms of Service for Mirror
Last updated:
These terms are an agreement between you and MD Sadakat Hussain Fahad, publishing as Intently (“we”), for the Mirror apps and services. By using Mirror you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Your account
You can use Mirror with an account created through Google, Apple or (where offered) an email code. Keep access to that account secure; you’re responsible for what happens under it. You can delete your account at any time (how).
Subscriptions
Some features need a paid subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play or the App Store, renew automatically until you cancel, and are managed and cancelled in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Refunds follow Google’s or Apple’s refund policies. If we change a price, the store tells you before it applies.
Recommendations, not professional advice
Mirror’s face analysis and style suggestions are produced automatically by software, including AI models, and can be wrong. They’re ideas to try, not professional styling, medical or dermatological advice. Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to it.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Mirror: no reverse engineering, abusing or overloading the service, getting around its limits or payments, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Ownership
Mirror, its design and content belong to us. You keep the rights to what you upload, and give us permission to process it only to provide the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Mirror running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we make important changes to these terms, we’ll tell you in the app before they apply.
Disclaimer and liability
Mirror is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
